To list your property with Latitude Locations:

Please submit 20 to 40 horizontal photographs of your property in JPG format. Include images of key areas like the front and back exteriors and main rooms (living room, kitchen, master bedroom, etc.). Send these as a ZIP file via platforms such as WeTransfer, Dropbox, or Google Drive.

If you require our photographer’s services, a one-time fee of $175 covers photography, editing, and uploads. This fee is waived if you already have professional photos.

We operate on a non-exclusive basis, handling negotiations, contracts, payments, and site management.

If you're considering listing your property for entertainment, events, or weddings, please submit photos for our review. Should we choose to represent your property, we'll provide a detailed representation agreement and may take additional photographs for promotional purposes.

By submitting your application, you confirm:

You own the property or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
You own the copyrights or have permission to submit the photos used in your application.
Submitted photos can be used by Latitude Locations without compensation.
Submitting an application does not establish a representative relationship unless we explicitly accept it.
Upon acceptance, we may use your photos for marketing across various media without return.

This process ensures that both parties understand and agree to the terms of engagement, safeguarding your rights and interests.
